Returns
I received a color that looks different from the website. Can I return it?
We understand that colors can look a little different in person due to screen settings, lighting, or individual skin/lip tones.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for color preference or change of mind.
I am missing some items from my order. Can I get a refund?

We accept returns for unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that weโre unable to accept opened or used items for hygiene and safety purposes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send a clear, uncut unboxing video so we can assist right away. - Details and reason for the return or refund
- A clear, uncut unboxing video
Return shipping fees depend on the reason for the return, and all requests are handled thoughtfully at the discretion of the ESCEE team. Once we receive your item, weโll carefully inspect it. If it meets our return criteria, your refund will be issued promptly.
To ensure we can assist you smoothly with any concerns, we require a clear, uncut unboxing video showing the waybill, sealed packaging, and the full unboxing process. This helps us verify and resolve issues quickly.
